His practice focuses on delivering strategic, results-oriented representation in civil litigation, real estate matters, and business disputes. A realtor himself, Sean assists other real estate professionals and their clients in various real estate related issues and disputes.
Sean maintains a close professional relationship with Keller Williams, one of America’s largest real estate brokerages. In addition to managing his own cases and files, Sean works Of Counsel with longtime Tampa Bay attorney Nickolas Ekonomides, covering a large and diverse caseload. As the founder of Sean Sandifer Law, Sean is committed to providing clients with sophisticated legal solutions grounded in clarity, advocacy, and efficiency.
After graduating high school as Class President and Co-Valedictorian, Sean was accepted into the esteemed Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. While at IU, Sean completed coursework abroad studying International Business and Eastern European history. Sean would go on to transfer to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduating with High Honors and earning a degree in Finance with concentrated coursework in Real Estate.
Upon entering law school at Saint Louis University School of Law (SLU Law), Sean was named an 1843 Scholar, a prestigious distinction awarded to a limited number of incoming students each year, rewarding them with a full tuition scholarship in recognition of outstanding academic achievement and personal merit. Sean is licensed to practice law in Florida, Illinois, and Missouri and is also licensed to practice in Federal Court in the Middle District of Florida and before the United States Immigration Court.
His greatest influence and role model, his late grandfather “Poppy,” founded the family’s trucking company in 1963, instilling in Sean a deep respect for hard work, calculated risk-taking, and entrepreneurial grit. That early exposure to business shaped Sean’s practical, client-focused approach to law.
Sean’s first entrepreneurial endeavor began in high school, when Sean created a customizable bow tie brand to market to his peers attending their homecomings and proms. In undergrad, Sean ran an Etsy shop which created, sold, and shipped personalized wood designs for customers across the United States.
Then, in 2020, while a full-time law student and deep in the throes of the COVID-19 pandemic, Sean co-founded The Vagabond Eatery, a mobile food and beverage company serving artisan coffee and açaí bowls from a restored 1963 Trotwood Camper. As CEO, Sean led the brand’s expansion into a drive-thru concept and operated at large-scale events, including backstage at a major country music festival.
He brings the same energy, strategic thinking, and resourcefulness to his law practice, helping clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence and clarity. His personal experience building and scaling small businesses, including his law firm, helps him connect with clients on a deeper level- he speaks their language, understands their pressures, and works to protect what they’ve built.
Sean is committed to equal justice under the law, the presumption of innocence, and the right to a fair and public hearing. In part due to his desire to positively impact the lives of others and have a voice in public policy, Sean has even hosted his own podcast, The Sean Sandifer Show.
He finds energy in connecting with inspiring people and exploring new places- whether across the country or close to home. Sean is the middle of three brothers, all pursuing careers in law, and is a proud first-time uncle. Sean travels home to the Midwest as often as possible to visit family, including their beloved mini/medium goldendoodles. Sean resides in Tampa, FL and maintains his primary office space in downtown St. Petersburg.
